Return Policy

Here at Repower Specialists Ltd., our goal is that our excellent technical service leads to a return rate of 0%.

Our guarantee states that if our technicians are not able to provide a solution that will yield a functional product, we will take it back free of charge and at our expense. Due to the varying levels of skill that our customers have, this determination must be made by a Repower Specialists Ltd. Technician.

We would like to highlight, that we rarely have to rely on a "Return Policy" to take care of our customers. It is in our best interest to make every customer a satisfied one. That is, of course, our business.

If a customer wishes to return a functional product, please refer to the below return policy:
An RMA is required for all returned merchandise. A 20% charge will be deducted from credit for merchandise returned. We do not accept used merchandise returns. International orders require that the purchaser pay for both shipping to and from their location in addition to the 20% restocking. All shortages must be claimed within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Late charges of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be added to all past due accounts. A $35 handling fee will be charged on all returned checks. If an account is placed for collection, Buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees whether or not suit is brought. In the event of litigation, Buyer agrees to appeal to the jurisdiction of any court within Lane County, Oregon.
